02.Women's Energy Wellness Qigong for Breast Health
Program includes demonstration and practice of 7 Wu Ming Qi Gong movements over 3 class sessions with information on the critical role of the digestive system in breast cancer healing and prevention; diet and lifestyle tips to support your body’s energy system; and a brief look at how stress reduction, emotional release, and body wisdom support better health. Participants will walk away with practices they can use right away, and guidance to support more aligned, healthful choices in daily life.
03.Balance Stress with Awareness + Simple Self-Care
Learn about what stress really is, the related concept of anxiety, the effects of stress on body and mind, simple mind-body practices to manage stress, the power of thoughts, and uncovering the root cause of stress triggers. Workshop includes a deeply relaxing guided meditation session.
