I am an essential balance facilitator. I hold safe and sacred space, inviting you into heart centered consciousness, while creating an atmosphere for healing. I work with individuals and groups and am available for guest speaking, offering inspiration and insights from the heart and human perspective.   

 

I draw upon my own life experiences, including my work with clients. My path has encompassed a variety of practical experience and personal development. I have an Ivy league education in law and practiced full time until I recognized that the environment was not supportive of my soul’s growth. I chose to trust my inner knowing and set out to explore new possibilities. The main theme of my explorations for almost thirty years has been spiritual energy healing of body, mind and emotions. ​​ 

 

I have trained in a variety of energy healing modalities. I am a Reiki Master and have learned some of the energy medicine ways of the Q’Ero shaman of Peru through the Healing the Light Body School of The Four Winds Society. I have received Medicine Buddha and other empowerments from spiritual adepts. I also have a love for astrology and have been most influenced by the astrologer Steven Forrest’s evolutionary approach. With the view that paths are many, yet Truth is One, I have deep gratitude for, and draw inspiration from, various spiritual wisdom and healing traditions.
