ABOUT CYNTHIA
Cynthia Revesz is a wellness practitioner, educator, and speaker with over eighteen years of experience supporting individuals and groups in mind-body-spirit wellbeing. Her work brings together gentle movement, meditation, energy wellness, and practical self-care approaches to help people reduce stress, restore balance, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
Formerly a New York attorney, Cynthia followed an inner calling toward healing and consciousness-based work. Today, she develops and leads experiential wellness programs for healthcare organizations, community organizations, and other groups, with a growing focus on women’s health and wellbeing.
Cynthia recently joined Northwell Health as a Wellness Instructor with the Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine, where she looks forward to contributing to integrative wellness programming. Her offerings include Women’s Energy Wellness, a growing body of programs supporting women through different stages of life and health, including breast health and the menopausal transition. Her programs draw upon Traditional Chinese Medicine perspectives, qigong, meditation, and accessible self-care practices that participants can incorporate into everyday life.
Cynthia is trained in Wu Ming Qigong for Breast Health, a gentle movement practice developed by Nan Lu, OMD, and also draws upon many years of study and practice in meditation, energy healing, breathwork, visualization, and mind-body awareness.
In addition to her educational and group programs, Cynthia offers transformational energy healing sessions and guided meditation experiences. Across all of her work, she creates environments that are calm, grounded, and deeply supportive—often described by clients as carrying a quiet strength, a healing presence, and exceptional clarity.
At the heart of Cynthia’s work is a simple yet powerful understanding: balance is not something imposed from the outside. The body and being have an innate movement toward balance when we create the conditions to listen, restore, and reconnect. Cynthia helps people cultivate that capacity through greater self-awareness, embodied presence, and sustainable practices that support wellbeing in everyday life.
Based in New York City, Cynthia works with individuals and organizations both in person and virtually.
