ABOUT CYNTHIA
Cynthia Revesz is a wellness practitioner, guide, and speaker with over eighteen years of experience supporting individuals and groups in mind-body-spirit wellbeing. Her work centers on stress reduction, self-care, and self-awareness practices that help people restore balance, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with natural clarity and inner wisdom.
Formerly a New York attorney, Cynthia followed an inner calling toward healing and consciousness-based work. She leads educational workshops and programs focused on resilience, stress reduction, emotional wellbeing, and holistic health for communities, healthcare organizations, and corporate audiences. Her offerings include women’s energy wellness programs featuring Wu Ming Qigong for Breast Health, a gentle movement practice developed by Dr. Nan Lu, OMD, designed to support vitality, circulation, and preventative self-care.
In addition to her group programs, Cynthia offers transformational energy healing sessions, group guided meditations, and experiential self-care practices that support nervous-system regulation, embodied presence, and emotional steadiness. Across all of her work, she creates environments that are calm, grounded, and deeply supportive—often described by clients as carrying a quiet strength, a healing presence, and exceptional clarity.
At the heart of Cynthia’s work is a simple yet powerful intention: to guide people back to their own inner wisdom and natural balance. Rather than offering solutions from the outside, she helps clients cultivate the capacity to listen inwardly, trust themselves, and develop sustainable self-care practices that integrate naturally into everyday life. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and empowering—meeting the realities of modern stress with tools that support long-term wellbeing.
Based in New York City, Cynthia works with individuals and organizations both in person and worldwide via Zoom.
