Essential Balance: 
Cultivating Energy, Women's Health and Resilience
3-Part Program

Day 1 - Discover Your Energy Blueprint (60 minutes)

Begin with the foundations of Qi-your body's life-force energy-and learn how stress, emotions, and modern life affect energy flow. We'll explore the body-mind connection through an energy lens, uncover the principle of flow that underlies Qigong, and discuss how this gentle practice can help you recharge, regulate emotions, and support overall wellbeing. Participants will learn essential Qigong concepts and receive guided instruction in the first three Wu Ming Qigong for breast health movements, including a calming grounding practice.

Day 2 - Energize Your Body, Calm Your Mind (75 minutes)

This session explores how everyday choices-study or work stress, perfectionism, social pressure, sleep habits, body image, work overload, and the culture of constant achievement-shape your energy and resilience. Participants will be guided through a restorative body scan and learn the remaining four Qigong movements, including a powerful training exercise designed to build energy, sharpen focus, and strengthen internal vitality.

 

Day 3 - Integrate Energy Wellness into Daily Life (60 minutes)

Self-care is not indulgence-it's self-leadership, self-respect, self-love and a pathway to long-term wellbeing. We'll explore practical strategies for building a sustainable self-care routine that supports balance and resilience. Participants will experience a full guided practice of all seven Qigong movements.
